This Saturday 14 Feb, we’re teaming up with Social Serve to bring you a Valentine’s Day party that’s sporty, flirty, and very IRL.

We’re taking over Lyne Park Tennis Centre for an afternoon-into-night of social tennis, Pickleball, cheeky singles games, cocktails, DJs and main-character energy.

Expect a rockstar lineup of sensational cocktails, live DJ beats, and vibrant party vibes—all paired with a huge serve of social tennis, thanks to our amazing partners: Waterdrop, Aperol, Canadian Club, Listo, Head, Remedy, Heaps Normal, Aw Yeah Beer, Rallee, Discover Sports Group and The Golden Sheaf Hotel.

Never played tennis? Haven’t touched a racquet since high school PE? Perfect. This is about fun, not forehands. Laughs > ladder rankings.

💘 Players – $75
For the main characters hitting the court. Includes social tennis, Pickleball, all the fun singles games and a complimentary drink on arrival. Serve energy required.

👀 Supporters – $49
Here for the vibes, flirting, and sidelines cheering. Complimentary drink included. No tennis stress, but yes to Pickleball and mingling like a pro.

Timings:

Guest Arrivals: 3.30pm Tennis Social: 5pm – 8pm After drinks & prizes: 8 – 9.30pm Official afterparty: 9.30pm – 2am

Format: All matches are mixed doubles so you can pick your own playing partner or be assigned a playing partner (and make a new friend) if you enter as an individual.

Charity: The Social Serve is delighted to support Rally4Ever, an Australian charity using tennis as a way to engage communities and tackle mental health challenges in society . All raffle profits will be donated to the charity.

TICKETING FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Yes please. As alcohol is at the event, you must be over 18 to attend. Please bring a valid form of identification with you on the day just to be sure (Passport or driving license).

Can I come alone and do I need a racquet?

Social Serve is a great way to meet new people and many people attend by themselves. Racquets are available for hire at the venue for a very small fee.

What else should I bring with me?

Bring your racquet if you have one and some sunscreen. Other than that, a fun loving attitude is a big plus.

Can I buy drinks and food during the event?

Absolutely. We’ll have a fully stocked bar where you can purchase drinks and redeem your complimentary drinks voucher if you have them, plus delicious food available for purchase. Note: Only selected partner drinks are included with the drinks vouchers, please ask our friendly bar staff on arrival.

Will tickets be available on the door?

Only if there are any available. But more often than not, ‘no’ as the events sell out prior. We cap numbers to ensure everyone has a great time and it’s not too crazy as we want you coming back. We strongly suggest buying tickets prior to ensure you don’t miss out.

Is there a refund policy?

Refunds are not available for this event. If the event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, tickets will be transferred to the new dates. If you can’t make it to the new dates, we’ll of course refund your tickets.

SOCIAL SERVE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

In consideration of the acceptance of participation in events with the Social Serve:

I acknowledge that I am at least 18 years of age and will bring a valid photo ID to the event with me to verify.

I waive all claims that I may have against the Social Serve, its officers, directors, members, volunteers, employees, agents and sponsors, or its executors, administrators, heirs, successors or assigns (“the organisers”), and release them from all claims for death, injury or damage arising out of my participation in their club, their event and its related activities, together with any costs, including legal fees.

I agree to indemnify and keep indemnifying the organisers against damage arising out of my participation in the events and its related activities.

I agree to comply with all the rules, regulations and instructions of the organisers.

In the event of injury or illness during participation, I consent to receive medical treatment, which may be deemed advisable by the organisers.

I acknowledge that I have sole responsibility for my personal possessions and equipment during all events and activities.

I hereby permit the free use of my name and picture in any broadcasts, telecasts and the press including website as they pertain to the Social Serve, their events and activities.

I understand that my ticketing fee is non-transferable and not refundable.

I agree to have my personal details recorded and used by the Social Serve and related parties for further communications of future related events.

I agree that if I damage any property or facilities while attending a Social Serve event, the individual in question is liable for the damage.

I agree it is up to the participants to decide whether or not the court, weather or any facilities are too dangerous to continue play.

I understand and acknowledge that all Social Serve events may involve physical risk. I understand that the games of Social Serve are played on courts and other surfaces whose condition are variable and unpredictable and in weather, and man-made obstacles which can change without notice, both of which could contribute to the safety of play and result in serious personal injury.

In consideration of Social Serve accepting me as a participant, I for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, hereby release, waive and forever discharge Social Serve, its owner and sponsors and all their respective agents, officials, servants, contractors, representatives, directors, elected and appointed officials, successors and assigns of and from all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions and causes of action, whether in law or in equity, in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property howsoever caused, arising to or to arise by reason of my participation in any event of Social Serve, whether as a spectator, participant, competitor or otherwise, whether prior to, during, or subsequent to this year’s season and notwithstanding that same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of any of the aforesaid. I further hereby undertake to hold and save harmless and agree to indemnify all of the aforesaid from and against any and all liability incurred by any or all of them arising as a result of, or in any way connected, with my participation in any event of Social Serve.

I understand that all Social Serve events require physical exertion and that I should consult a physician before participating in this or any other strenuous physical activity.

By buying a ticket through Thursday, I acknowledge having read and understood the above terms and conditions.
