And it’s not your average jog.

We’re talking 5K of feel-good energy, flirty chats, and fresh air. For people who’d rather meet on the move than match in silence. No pressure, no PBs, just good vibes and better company.

🚨 Tickets are flying!  This is Cape Town’s new favourite way to flirt.

Just to sweeten things up, your ticket will include a complimentary ‘Weirdough’ pastry and a free Happy Culture Kombucha! What’s a run without a little reward?

We’ll start with a feel-good warm-up led by our trainer, then head out for a fun, flirty 5K along the Sea Point promenade. It’s low-pressure, high-vibes. Perfect for singles who want to move, mingle, and maybe lock eyes mid-stride. 💘👟

Meeting point is Green Point Light House. Arrive promptly for 8.30 AM. The run will commence promptly at  9AM.
