It’s not your average jog.

We’re talking 5K of feel-good energy, good chats, and fresh air. 5K for singles who’d rather spark something in person than swipe in silence. No pressure, no PBs, just good vibes and better company.

🚨 Tickets are flying! This is Cape Town’s new favourite way to flirt.

We’ll start with a feel-good warm-up led by our trainer, then head out for a fun easy 5K along the Sea Point promenade. It’s low-pressure, high-vibes. Perfect for singles who want to move, mingle, and maybe lock eyes mid-stride. 💘👟

Just to sweeten things up, we will be finishing up with a Norfolk Deli Pastry. What’s a run without a little reward?🥐

Meeting point is Green Point Light House. Arrive promptly for 8.45 AM. The run will commence promptly at 9AM.
