We’re heading out for a social 5K with music carried by speaker backpacks along the route…so the whole run moves to the same beat.

It’s part run club, part rave, part social morning.

No pace pressure.
No one left behind.
Just a great group of single people starting the day properly.

And when we finish?
Coffee, conversation, and a very good post-run atmosphere.
