Sunset Yoga flows at 5:00 PM sharp — a full hour of guided practice with our dedicated, experienced instructor.

Breathe deep, stretch into warrior poses, and let the golden hour light and crashing waves melt your stress away as the sun dips below the horizon.

Then… the vibe shifts!

Right after savasana, we roll straight into an epic after-party mixer beachfront style:
