About Move For More ❤️
This event forms part of the Move For More movement – a purpose-driven initiative born from four teammates training for HYROX Cape Town, using fitness as a force for good to raise awareness and funds for the Jes Foord Foundation.
The Cause
50% of ticket proceeds from this event will go directly to the Jes Foord Foundation, supporting survivors of rape and abuse through counselling, education, awareness initiatives, and survivor support programmes.
