With pulsating beats and a contagious party spirit, the parks and streets become our playground every Saturday morning. It’s not just a run; it’s a singles movement, and everyone is invited to be a part of it. Lace up your shoes and join us for the ultimate urban adventure!

Timings to be early enough it doesn’t eat into your weekend, but late enough it’s socially acceptable to have a drink with everyone else afterwards 🥂

The details:

1) Meet at Regent’s Bar and Kitchen for 11.15AM, opportunity to drop bags at venue but will be left at runners own risk.

2) Get warmed by our Run Club Host, the extraordinary Mario 🌟

3) Followed by a steady 5km run around Regents Park. A sociable pace with a few ‘ice breakers’ thrown into the mix 🧊🔨

4) Ending at Regent’s Bar and Kitchen for a well earned refreshment. 

Our star host will be there making people feel welcome, assisting with ice breakers, getting creative with the warm ups and warm downs and of course making sure the DJs are playing the best music possible at all times…you’ll see a lot of this character popping up all over the place soon enough 🎤
