Join Thursday singles for an evening of mindfulness, connection, and intention.

We’ll begin by coming together as a community to meet and connect before settling into our yoga practice. The class opens with a short intention-setting meditation, followed by steady, breath-focused movement to unite the mind and body. We’ll then ease into deep stretching and restorative postures to release and unwind. This class will be unheated and lit by candlelight to add a bit more of a flirty and romantic vibe. Please bring a mat, towel, and water.
