A Sunday reset in the middle of Athens — and the easiest way to meet people in this city. Come on your own. Most people do.

You take the lift up to Aura Rooftop 🌿 Mats are already out. People arrive one by one, settling in the quiet way strangers do.

At 15:00 we take 30 minutes to ease into it. Names, laughs, no pressure.

Then the class begins. 45 minutes with a certified instructor who teaches like she actually wants you to enjoy it. If you’ve never done yoga, this is the one to start with — no bendy expectations. You breathe, you move, you stop thinking about your phone. That’s the whole thing.

By the end, the rooftop feels different. You feel different. The guarded version of you that walked in left somewhere around pose three.

Then we stay. Drinks come out, conversations start — easier now, because you’ve already done the soft part together. The playlist is good. The view is Athens. No one’s in a rush to leave.

We monitor our online ticket sales to ensure a 50/50 gender ratio. Always.
