Join us along with the SoWell team for A fresh, community-driven event designed for singles who are passionate about improving their health, fitness, and wellness. This alcohol-free, all-ages event is blending health and wellbeing activities with a positive culture and vibe to kickstart your day.

Event Schedule

📍 Location: Rooftop area or Grenvillea Room (weather dependent)

-9:00 AM – Yoga with @nicolatumazos

-10:00 AM – Breathwork and meditation led by the SoWell team

-11:00 AM – Disco Party led by Breakfast Club Beats

-1:00 PM – Event close

***Includes your choice of 2 breakfast items + coffee, tea, or juice.
