Join us at Spartans Boxing Club for a 45-minute class designed to get your heart racing and your energy high. No experience needed! The class is designed to suit all levels! After class, we’ll cool down the right way, with coffee and conversation at a café just a couple doors down.
Here’s what to expect:
👥 30 people max
Enough for a buzz, small enough to feel personal
⏰ Class starts at 1:00 PM sharp
Arrive 10 minutes early to sign in and wrap up
🥊 45 minutes of boxing
No experience needed. Just good vibes and a sweat session
☕ Post-class mingle
Coffee shop hangout next door to chat, laugh, and connect
📍 Where: Spartans Boxing Club, followed by coffee two doors down

⏰ Time: 12:50 PM arrival for 1:00 PM start
