Join us for an evening of drinks, music and your most compatible match!

Matching will be powered by Matchbox. It’s a software that uses relationship science to find you your most compatible match at the party. The algorithm has matched more than half a million people to date, across 40 countries. It optimises for long-term compatibility, based on values, but it’s up to you to see if you’ll click.

How it works:

• PLEASE USE WHATSAPP
• Upon arrival, you’ll scan a QR code, take a questionnaire built by Matchbox’s team of relationship scientists and curated by your host.

– The Matchbox algorithm will identify your optimal match at the party, based on relationship science and AI

– After mingling with the whole group, matches are revealed

– This event is for people 20-35 only

What to expect:

– The matching process is highly intentional – come with an open mind.

– If your match isn’t love at first sight, that’s okay! The algorithm is designed for long-term compatibility, so at        baseline, you’ll be values-aligned.

– At the end of the day, this will be a great group of single people. Enjoy meeting everyone, and remember to be kind.

Event Structure:

This event is highly intentional and the matching will proceed on schedule. Please be on time.

• 6:30 pm – the event begins on time, bar opens
• 8:00pm – doors close, The Algorithm begins computing matches, a series of clues
• 8:30pm – matches revealed
• 9:00pm – mingling
• 10:30pm – event concludes

FAQs:

Q: What if I don’t get a match? A: We aim to maintain a 50/50 male to female ratio but cannot guarantee that all attendees will show up, as life happens. If there is an uneven split, some matches will be paired platonically. These people receive a free ticket to a future event of their choice, valid for 60 days after this event.
