His cuisine is a fusion of worlds — Greek roots, Afro-Caribbean soul, Mediterranean warmth, and Asian influence — inspired by the cities he’s lived in and the life he’s explored.

With a Michelin-star background, he creates more than meals.
He creates moments where food becomes a language — and strangers become something more.
