This week, we’re switching things up with a workout × wellness experience at Ice Bath Club in Kennedy Town.

Your ticket includes a guided HIIT session led by our in‑house trainer — a fun, endorphin‑boosting class for all levels — followed by a full recovery experience with sauna sessions, cold plunges, and magnesium hot baths.

It’s part workout, part recharge, and part chance to meet great people — no pressure, just good vibes, movement, and connection.

You don’t need to bring anything — bathing suits, towels, and all essentials are provided. Just show up ready to move. We’ll handle the rest (including electrolytes 🧃).
