On December 13, KAYA Holistic invites you to step into a warm, welcoming space where movement, rhythm, and community come together. We begin with a 90-minute Capoeira training: a blend of flow, strength, music, and playful energy that reconnects you to your body and spirit.

After training, we wind down together in the cozy coffee shop downstairs, where you can relax, sip something warm, talk, laugh, and simply enjoy being present.
