The food is refined Vietnamese fine‑dining: think bao, crispy bánh xèo, succulent pork cheek and North Sea squid, but everything’s infused with fire, freshness, and a creative twist. With an open kitchen, dim lighting, and cocktails spiced with lemongrass, ginger and chili, it’s the kind of place where every bite and sip feels like a little adventure that turns strangers into something more.
