Singles Matchmaking Party | Matchbox x Thursday

Thursday Seattle + Matchbox are bringing a massive singles matchmaking night to The Collective in South Lake Union for an evening designed to get people off the apps and meeting in real life.

Expect a lively crowd, great music, drinks flowing, and plenty of space to mingle in one of Seattle’s best social venues. If you’re tired of swiping and chats that go nowhere, this is your chance to meet a room full of people who actually showed up to connect.

Early in the night you’ll complete a quick questionnaire on your phone. Matchbox does the matchmaking quietly in the background, then later in the evening you’ll get clues leading to a potential match somewhere in the room. No awkward speed dating and no forced pairings.

For the matchmaking portion, tickets will be separated by age group:
• 21–35
• 36+

Everyone will attend the same event and mingle together all night. The age groups are only used for the matchmaking process itself.

Come solo or with friends. Show up open-minded and ready to meet someone new.

Event Structure

This event runs on a set schedule. Please arrive on time.

7:00 PM: Doors open and check in begins

8:00 PM: Doors close and matching begins

Later in the evening: Clues are released

Match reveal: Matches are shared

10:00 PM: Event wraps up

FAQ

What if matches are uneven
We aim for balanced attendance, but if pairings are uneven, some matches may be platonic. Anyone without a romantic match will receive a free ticket to a future Matchbox event valid for 60 days.
