Singles Pickleball Social at The Newporter Pickleball and Golf Club

Come join us for a fun-filled evening of pickleball at 1111 Jamboree Rd. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a newbie, this event is perfect for players of all levels. Grab your paddle, round up your friends, and get ready for some friendly competition under the stars. Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to show off your skills and meet new pickleball enthusiasts. See you there!

Itinerary Breakdown:

Check in and warm up starts at 6:00 PM — take time to hydrate, stretch, and mingle with fellow players. The Pickleball Ladder will run from 6:30–8:00 PM.

What is a Pickleball Ladder?

Ladders are competitive play brackets designed to let players move up or down in ranking based on their performance. Everyone starts on a court with a partner in doubles format, plays a short match, and after each round, winners advance up one court while losers move down. Partners switch every round to keep games fresh and balanced. Over time, this format naturally sorts players by skill level, with the top court known as the “King Court” and the lowest court as the starting point for newcomers.

Parking

Use the Newporter Club’s main lot as well as any spaces marked “Golf Parking Only”. There is also 12 spaces at the back fence or alternatively park in the overflow parking where you can validate parking at the front desk.

What to Bring

Athletic shoes & comfortable sporty outfit. Hydrate beforehand and eat a light meal/snack before arrival Bring a paddle! However if you do not have one they are available for rent for $5 through cash/venmo. You will need to leave your license/car keys as collateral.
