Break a sweat. Meet someone new. Thursday Dating is teaming up with Club Sweat, Atlanta’s first full-production nightclub workout, for a fitness + social experience designed for real connections.

This 45-minute HIIT workout will be led by the owners of Club Sweat and set inside District Atlanta with a live DJ and full club-level production. Expect high energy, curated music, and fun group challenges that make working out feel more like going out. And as always, the room will be a 50/50 mix of men and women, creating the perfect balance for genuine connections.

When the workout wraps, the experience continues in a private room inside District for our post-workout social mixer. You’ll rotate through light games and guided icebreaker challenges designed to spark one-on-one conversations with other singles from the class — an easy, natural way to connect beyond the dance floor.

Important: Arrive on time. The workout begins promptly and late entry may not be permitted.
