We’re bringing you a feel-good morning of movement and connection in collaboration with Empire Studios — designed for girls who want to meet new people in a relaxed, elevated setting.

The run down:
10:00AM — Arrivals + light icebreakers (easy, natural)
10:30AM — Pilates begins (45 minutes of flow + strength)
11:150AM — Nibbles, Matcha, chats & post-class mingling

11:45-12:00PM – WRAP UP

Think: clean girl morning, cute sets, iced matchas, soft music, effortless conversation.

Come solo or bring a friend.
This is about community, confidence, and connection.
