PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING DETAILS FROM CRATE ESCAPES :

• Contact your veterinarian and have them email you a copy of your dog’s vaccination records.
• Start an account with us and provide the necessary information.
• You are required to provide proof of your dog’s Bordetella, Distemper Combo, and Rabies vaccination to enter the park. Please bring a hardcopy if you aren’t able to upload it on the app.
• Please review our facility rules and Children’s Policy. You are responsible for your dog’s behavior at all times.
• We require a signed waiver to enter the dog park areas.
• Each dog’s temperament will be checked upon their first visit to help ensure dog park safety.
• Upon subsequent visits, you will be able to experience a speedier check-in process.

• All dogs must be protected against DHLPP/Da2PP, Bordetella, and Rabies
• Your dog must be properly socialized with other dogs AND humans and display proper behavior
• Only dogs 12 weeks and older, please!
• Wear an ID tag at all times
• Must not be in heat; dogs over 6 months old must be spayed/neutered or have vet recomendation.
• No prong collars, shock collars, treats, or toys
